Abstract
Background: Bronkhial asthma is a disease characterized by an increased tracheal and bronchial response to various stimuli with manifestations of airway narrowing that are wide and variable can change either spontaneously or the results of treatment. Narrowing of the airway occurs due to hyperactivity of various kinds of stimuli so that it can cause spasm of the bronchial smooth muscles known as bronchospasm. Objective: Describe nursing care diaphragmatic breathing exercise in patients with nursing problems ineffective breathing patterns. Methods: This scientific paper is an anlysis of 3 nursing care with ineffective breathing patterns with nursing innovations diaphragmatic breathing exercises. Results: The application of diaphragmatic breathing exercise measures obtained SP02 95%, 98%, 96%, RR 26x/minute, 24x/minute, 26x/minute and whezing, vesicular, vesicular breath sounds. Conclusion: The results of the diaphragmatic breathing exercise diaphragm innovation results showed that there were differences in effectiveness in decreasing shortness of breath. Respiratory Rate (RR), increasing SP02 with the main nursing problems ineffective breathing pattern.
