Abstract
Background: Low self-esteem is a feeling of uselessness, worthlessness, insignificance and prolonged inferiority due to a negative evaluation of oneself and self-ability, and often accompanied by a lack of self-care, not neat dressing, not daring to stare at the other person slowly and often looked down. Objective: Conduct or arrange nursing care in patients Chronic Low Self-esteem. Method: The case study used a descriptive method in two patients who experienced low self-esteem in the village of GiwangretnoSruweng, starting on December 28 th, – Januari 5 th ,2019. Data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The instruments used were the Implementation Strategy (SP), the format of the Soul Nursing Care assessment, standard operating procedure (SOP), observation sheet of signs and symptoms, daily activity schedule. Results: After a client has been diagnosed with a diagnosis of low self-esteem, and Stratregi Executing (SP) has been carried out so that signs of symptoms decrease. On one client experienced a decrease in signs and symptoms of low self-esteem by 8 scores and an increase in ability of 1 score, while patients two experienced a decrease in signs and symptoms by 7 scores and an increase in ability of 2 scores. Recommendation: The next author is recommended to add to the case study subject, especially in the case of low self-esteem problems
