Abstract
Background:The prevalence of renal failure increased more years, the data USRDS reported that there were 117 162 patients with chronic renal failure. CRF complications in patients undergoing Hemodialysis one sleeping disorders. The sleep disorder can be reduced with relaxation breathing and relaxation therapy in the form of music, a music that is Murotal Koran. Aim: Knowing Effect Audio: Murottal Qur'an and Breath In to Quality in Chronic Renal Failure Patients undergoing Hemodialysis in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong Method:This study uses a quasi-experimental design with pre-post test in one group (one-group pre-test design). The study sample as many as 65 people were taken using simple random sampling technique. research instruments using mobile phones, handseat, PSQI questionnaire, SOP breath. The analysis is a Test T Test. Research result:Of the 65 respondents mostly good sleep quality (80%) and poor sleep quality (20%) after therapy is given murottal and breathing, statistical tests showed a significant effect of therapy murottal and breath in the significance level of p value = 0.000. In addition the test results on the effect of therapy Test T murottal and breath of the patient's sleep quality showed a significant effect at p value = 0.000. Conclusion: a significant difference between treatment murottal and breath of the sleep quality of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Recommendation: Further research is expected research on the causal factors of the quality of sleep and perform therapeutic intervention murottal Qur'an and breath in patients undergoing hemodialysis.
