Abstract
Background: In stroke patients nursing problems that often arise are ineffective perfusion of brain tissue. Handling the emergency in stroke patients with the ineffective perfusion of brain tissue, one of which is controlling PTIK by giving the upper head position (15-300). The position of the upper head (15-30o) is carried out with the aim of increasing venous drainage from the head but it can increase systemic blood pressure and can be compromised by cerebral perfusion pressure Objective: to analyze nursing care given to hemorrhagic stroke patients with ineffective perfusion of brain tissue with head elevation therapy. Method: This type of research is a case study study with the number of respondents used by 3 people. Results: There were positive changes in patients who were deferred with reduced complaints of headache, nausea, and also stable hemodynamic status. Recommendation: Giving head elevation therapy is used in patients with problems with the ineffectiveness of cerebral tissue perfusion as a form of supportive therapy that can be performed by nurses.
