Abstract
Background : Clients by low self-esteem circumstantial need to get special attention this is done client to be able to back into the community by having a positif self-concept so to facilitate to socialize with other by raising their prices himself first. Occupational therapy can make confident clients low self-esteem circumstantial. One of them is by occupational therapy oyster mushroom cultivation. Objektive : Describing the care nursing by providing occupational therapy the manufacture of oyster mushroom cultivation to improve self-esteem positive client as well as to increase independence and confidence client diabetes mellitus wit low selfesteem circumstantial. Method :Uses the method descriptive with the approach a case study Use assessment, format signs and symptoms, the act of, standard operating procedures timetable, and evaluation the ability of a client. Result :Prior to the occuaptional therapy for five times the second clients feel useless, shame and i was not confident, felt that they were not. Following the completion of occupational therapy by making oyster mushroom cultivation for five times the second clients has experienced a fall in signs and symptom low self-esteem circumstantial of the total score 12 with the precentage of 100% to 0 with the precentage of 0%. Recommendation : The application of occupational therapi recommended for oyster mushroom cultivation applied to other chronic disease sufferers with low self-esteem circumstantial tonimprove self-esteem positiv and independence of people with confidence in themselves
