Abstract
The background of this issue scientific papers based on data obtained from various sources of literature that states need security and confort is one from of rehabilitation. The general objective of writing a scientific paper which is to be able to provide an overview of nursing care to the problem fulfilling the needs of safety and comfort in patiens with acute post operative pain. In the discussion of nursing problem that arise are acute pain, risk of infection, less knowledge. Intervention and implementation has been dine is tought deep provide technical distraction relaxation, providing information to patients on procedures for further action, assessing the level of knowledge of the client and family. In the evaluation for two days some nursing issues resolved.
