Abstract
Background: Based exercise training (BET) is one ofe nursing actions that benefits healing of patients with CHF, but in the hospital this technique has not been implemented. Because the lack of nurses and lack of time so that this innovation is still lacking for patients who are CHF. Objective: This Study aim to knowing the description of nursing care given to patients with activity intolerance with the application of BET. Method: The research was conducted by using the method of interviewing, observation, and direct application of patients. Subjects of this research are CHF patients in the Asoka room of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Regional Hospital of Purwokerto. The population were 11 respondents. The samples were 3 respondents taken by inklusion and eksklusion method. Result: The results of the study were 3 patients before the application of BET have scores 17 and after the application of BET they have scores 13. Recommendation: The application of non-pharmacological therapy to CHF with activity intolerance should be done every day by medical rehabilitation officers.
