Abstract
Background:The prevalence of ED patient visits increased more years, in Indonesia 2014 ED patient visits as many as 4,402,205. Data indicates an increase in ER is Critical Unit Phoint or main gate handling emergency cases that determine the quality of hospital services. Quality Indicators emergency departement Gombong PKU Muhammadiyah is the death of <8 hours and Response Time <5 min. How to improve service quality indicator is to improve the management of iquality ndikator IGD, one of which improve the management of the treatment of ED triage, namely the implementation of the Response Time. emergency departement PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong use the classic three-level triage is not appropriate in the ER level four, matching triage is a five-level triage one ESI, because using the scale of 1-10, there is an indicator specially Pediatric triage, penilaiaan based on the resources used, and response time assessment easier and faster. Objective: To determine the effect of the accuracy of the implementation of the response time of patients in the ER PKU Muhammadiyah Deal. Research methods:Quasi-experimental research using quantitative methods one group plan and cross sectional approach. A sample of 93 with accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and bivariate analysis using the MannWhitney test. Results:Response Time of the most dominant in the category ESI 3 with 46 patients (49.5%). Accuracy of Triage in the right category accounts for 83 patients (89.2%), while Fast Response Time category amounted to 77 patients (82.8%) with an average response time of 1 = 1 minute ESI, ESI 2 = 4.3 minutes, 3 = 4.7 minutes ESI, ESI 4 = 5.5 min, and ESI 5 = 6.1 min Conclusion:There Influence Accuracy Application Response Time triage on patients in the ER PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong with the result (p = 0.002> 0.05). Recommendation :ESI triage appropriate in the emergency departement RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong as standard modern triage hospital emergency department
