Abstract
Background: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the failure of progresive kidney. In Indonesia in 2009, 12,5% or 18 million adult people have chronik kidney disease. The balance fluid definited as balance fluid in body during 24 hour. Nursing Goal: the authors are able to solve the existing problems in this case, CKD patients use the nursing process approach systematically and comprehensive. Nursing Fullfilment of Security and Protection: on June 16th, 2016 the patients report shortness of breath and leg swelling, as well as the patients ignorance and family of diit CKD. Results of data analysis obtained nursing diagnosis air managemet related with decreased energy or fatigue, fluid volume excess related disorders regulatory mechanism, knowledge deficiency associated with the lack of understanding of the sources of information about CKD diit. Recomendation: setting up the balance fluid can limit take in and take out body fluid in patient with chronic kidney disease. Conclusion: patients with disorders of fluid balance, so that can be done to limit the intake of fluid balance fluid.
