Abstract
Background: The surgery has many impacts that will be experienced by patients one of them is pain. Pain is an unpleasant emotional and sensory experience that arises from actual tissue damage or shows damage. Objective: Analysis nursing care on post operative laparatomi with acute pain problem in Kenanga room RSUD Prof Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Method: This scientific work uses descriptive research method which is a study conducted with the main objective to describe (describe) important events. The research instruments used in this study were medical records, hand-held SOP and pain assessment scales. Result: Provision of hand-fingered relaxation interventions in post-operative laparatomy patients was able to ocercome the acute pain problem, but the decrease in pain did not decrease directly but gradually decreased according to the patients condition. Conclusion: The introduction of a hand-held relaxation intervention in post-operative laparatomy patients was able to overcome the acute pain problem. Recommended: It is expexted that the next researcher to follow up the result of this research by doing a longer abservation in post operative patients, so that can get maximum result.
