Abstract
Background: Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is the inability of heart to pump blood in sufficient amounts to meet the tissue needs of oxygen and nutrient. If this pain is not ovecome then one of the effects that can be felt by the patients is anxiety. The role of nurses in this case, is to able to provide supportive therapy namely classical music therapy. Objective: Analyzing of nursing care given to patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) with complaints of acute pain using classical music therapy. Method: The type of study design of this study is a case study with the number of respondents used by 3 people. Results: Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the authors, it was found that the level of pain in the three patients decreased during the innovation. Recommendation: the use of music therapy can be used as supportive therapy in dealing with patient's pain and anxiaety during the treatment process.
