Abstract
Background: Sectio Cesarean (SC) is a problem solving for handling complications with complications. They are a lot of mothers with Sectio Cesarean (SC) actions complain of pain in the former stitch. Postoperative pain if not treated will caused physical and psychological reactions in the mother's postpartum mother so taht three is a need to control pain, one of them is the hand-held relaxation technique. General Purpose: Explaining nursing care to apply finger hand relaxation therapy to patients with acute pain nursing problems. Nursing Care Results: Nursing diagnoses that appear on the client, namely acute pain associated with physical injury agents, Management Interventions Pain handheld relaxation techniques, Implementation of providing hand held finger relaxation techniques for 15 minutes, Evaluation of acute controlled pain. Recommendation: Pain management of finger hand relaxation is effective in handling acute pain problem associated with physical injury agents.
