Abstract
Pravelensi Benign Prostate Hyperplasia in Indonesia has increased from year to year, especially in the elderly. Clients with impaired elimination pattern urine (urine retention) must practice to control urination after surgery, a catheter inserted in the long term. Writing a scientific paper aims to describe and analyze the intervention of nursing care provided to clients BPH impaired urinary elimination patterns in the room Edelweiss Hospital Prof. Dr. Margono Purwokerto. Nursing problems in these case studies include disorders comfort: acute pain, interference patterns eliminnasi urine: urine retention, risk of bleeding. The results of the analysis of nursing care of clients after being given the third act of bladder training frequency obtained BAK client experiences a change in control of elimination BAK, no pain in urination, was completed, no distended bladder. Conclusion no influence blader training action against urinary frequency in clients with impaired elimination pattern urine (urinary retention). The action blader pelvic muscle training with a combination of more effective excercise to help improve frakuensi urinate on a client that mengalamii disorders urinary elimination.
