Abstract
Background: Sectio caesarea is a surgical procedure to give birth to a fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Sectio caesarea is done to prevent fetal and maternal deaths due to danger or complications that will occur if the mother gives birth pervagina. In postoperative SC patients, one that often causes problems is pain. Pain not only irritates the mother, but also affects her singing.Objective: Analyzing nursing care for post sectio caesarean patients with acute pain problems. Method: This study uses a descriptive method with the type of design in this study is a case study study with a number of subjects 3 patients conducted for 3 x 24 hours. Data analyzed using data will be arranged in the form of narratives in depth and detail as well as the results of descriptions of changes in pain in post SC patients. Result: The results of the three patients found that all patients before being given early mobilization experienced pain with a moderate-to-severe pain scale, and after an early mobilization of the pain scale became a mild pain scale. Recommendation: It is expected that researchers can further deepen the factors that can reduce pain.
