Abstract
Background: The main function of the heart is to encourage to flow smoothly in the blood vessels in the circulatory systems throughout the body. Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a condition in which the heart fails to pump blood to meet the needs of the body's cells for adequate nutrients and oxygen. Decreasing cardiac output is established as the priority of the main diagnosis because a decrease in cardiac output will disrupt the blood vascular system, causing cells and tissue to experience a lack of oxygen or nutrient supply, causing alveolar capillary membrane changes, edema and increased venous pressure. General purpose: To analyze Nursing Care of CHF patients with problems with reduced cardiac output. Results of nursing care: The results of the study of data found that the three cases managed by the author have the same characteristics. Data analysis results obtained nursing problems decreasing cardiac output is associated with changes in rayocardial contractility. Interventions carried out on patients by providing semi fowler positions. Recommendation: The innovation results that comfortable positioning for CHF patients, is fowler position, have been proven to be effective in reducing shortness of breath so that it will affect the effectiveness of cardiac output.
