Abstract

Background: SC delivery can inhibit mobilization. As a result of not doing early mobilization can affect the process of wound healing after surgery. Early mobilization can accelerate wound healing and prevent infection and venous thrombus. Objective: Describing nursing care with the application of early mobilization to accelerate wound healing in post section Caesarea patients. Method: This case study used a descriptive method, with subjects 3 post section Caesarea patients and nursing actions for 2 days. The instrument of this case study used an early mobilization observation sheet and a REEDA scale wound healing observation sheet. Results: The nursing problem that arises is the risk of infection. Interventions and implementations include monitoring signs and symptoms of infection, teaching clients and families to wash their hands properly, encouraging clients to carry out early mobilization, assessing abdominal and bandage injuries, performing appropriate wound care techniques and collaborating for antibiotics. The results of the nursing evaluation on K1 at the time of observation, showed no signs of infection, REEDA 3 value (good). At K2 at the time of observation there were no signs of infection, REEDA 7 value (sufficient). At K3 at the time of observation, the results had no signs of infection, REEDA 2 value (good). The act of early mobilization in patients with postoperative section Caesarea affects wound healing. Recommendation: Hospitals are expected to implement early mobilization in accordance with SOP to accelerate wound healing in patients with section Caesarean surgery so as to improve the quality of hospital services.
