Abstract
Background: Pregnant mothers often have sleep disorder in their third trimester pregnancy, such as back pain, a lot of urination and spontaneous wake up. At this time they get anxiety which results in sleeping difficulty. This can be overcome by applying pregnancy exercises. Pregnancy exercise is an important method to improve the sleep quality of pregnant mothers in 3rd trimester. Objective: To find out the application of pregnancy exercise for pregnant mothers having complaint of difficult sleep. Method: This scientific paper is an analytical descriptive with a case study approach. The data were obtained through interview, literature study and documentation. The data was analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and verification (conclusion). Result: Before applying pregnancy exercise, the sleep quality of all participants was in the category of poor sleep quality with a score of 15. After applying pregnancy exercise, there was an increase in their sleep quality with a score of 4 (category of good sleep quality). Conclusion: Pregnancy exercise can overcome sleep disorder of all participants
