Abstract
Background: Sectio caesarea (SC) is a medical procedure that is needed to help with labor that cannot be carried out normally due to maternal health problems or fetal conditions. Clients who recover from anesthesia and analgesics who in post SC are often unable to feel that the bladder is full and unable to start or inhibit urination. One of the nursing care that can be given to meet the elimination needs of urine of patients or postpartum mothers is bladder training Objective: To conduct analysis of nursing care for the application of bladder training to prevent urine retention in post-sectio caesarea patients in the Flamboyant Room of the RSUD Prof. dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Results: Priority nursing diagnoses in Patients I, Patients II and III are the risk of infection associated with invasive measures. Actions: Nursing interventions conducted were pain management, infection control and bladder training Evaluation: The results of nursing evaluations in Patients I, Patients II and Patients III, indicate that infection problems did not occur.
