Abstract
Background: Mild head injury is a loss of neurologic function or decreased consciousness without causing other damage. Mild head injury is a trauma to the head by GCS: 13-15 (fully conscious) there is no loss of consciousness, complained of dizziness and acute pain, hematoma, lacerations and abrasions. Head injury is one of the health problems that can cause physical and mental disorders are complex The general purpose of writing scientific papers is to describe the application of nursing care in patients with cerebral tissue perfusion ineffectiveness. Nursing care: In the discussion of nursing problems that arise when examined on Monday, June 30, 2016 at 11:35 pm that the patient's family said patients since yesterday could not rest at night, and nausea and vomiting as much as five times a night. Diagnoses that arise are ineffective cerebral tissue perfusion, intervention and implementation conducted monitoring vital signs, distraction techniques of relaxation, head-up position of the patient advocate, a give position comfortable for clients. Evaluations were conducted over three days, the patient said that sometimes still dizzy but clients can already intraction well. Recommendation:of research on the ineffectiveness of cerebral tissue perfusion, especially in retrospective case series, mild head injury, the result head up to provide comfort to the patient, so for families and patients, students, nurses and institutions to try practicing techniques head up to clients educated of family.
