Abstract
Background: According the Ministry of Health of Indonesia in 2013 there were 8 million fracture. Factors affecting pain, such as, age, gender, anxiety, and family support. Objective: This study used the analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. With a population descriptively and correlatively using Chi Square test Result: Based on research conducted in june 2019, the result showed that there were five factors studied (age,gender,anxiety, family support) there was no relationship between age factors for pain levels (p=0.060,X2=7,415), there is a relationship between gender factors (p=0.003,X2=14,057), anxiety (p=0,000,X2=68,854),family support (p= 0,000,X2=38,020). Conclusion: From the five factors examined by nurses are suggested to better understand each of the factors that can affect pain levels in post-op fracture patients. Recommendation: If expected to be able to conduct research by looking for the most dominant factors affecting the intensityof pain in patients post fracture surgery.
