Abstract
Background:Childbirth is a process of removing the fetus and placenta from the uterus in an intact state while the caesarean section is an act of expelling the fetus and placenta through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Complications that arise after sectio caesarea in the mother are pain in the incision area. The pain if this is not addressed it will worsen maternal health conditions so that the mother needs intensive care General purpose :The analysis of nursing care with post operative caesarean pain in the ICU General Hospital Dr. Soedirman Kebumen Result: The results of analysis on three patients post operative sectio caesarea in the ICU General Hospital Dr. Soedirman Kebumen obtained the nursing problems that arise are pain, after nursing action for 3x24 hours with intervention referring to oxygen therapy, pain management especially with foot hand massage techniques. Nursing implementation is carried out in accordance with the intervention that has been made. Evaluation was obtained from 3 patients with sectio caesarean post operative pain in the ICU Regional General Hospital Dr. Soedirman Kebumen, all patients can be overcome but there is a level of difference in reducing the scale of pain Recommendation:The results of this research prove that foot hand massage therapy method before post-sectio caesarea has decrease signs and symptoms to the pain patients.
