Abstract
Background: The issue of scientific paper is based on data obtained from various sources of literature that states need taste and comfortable. Convenience is a basic need that is the purpose of nursing care. The concept of the convenience of having the same subjectivity of pain. Each individual has a characteristic physiological, social, spiritual, psychological, and cultural influences how they interpret and pain. Objective: To provide an overview of nursing care with interference problems the needs of safety and comfort for patients pre hernia surgery. Nursing: The main problem that appears on the client Mr. T is acute pain associated with injury to biological agents. The implementation is based on the intervention made that assess pain in a comprehensive manner, observing the reaction of non-verbal discomfort, monitor vital signs, giving a comfortable position, teaches clients how to control pain with techniques non-pharmacological (deep breathing and music therapy), educating families about the management of pain , Evaluation of nursing: the problem of acute pain associated with injury to biological agents is resolved. Analysis Action: The combination of nonpharmacological techniques deep breath and music therapy is recommended to treat pain, especially in the pre clients operations.
