Background: The excess volumes of liquid is a symptom of kidney failure that appears in people with chronic fatigue caused by reduced kidney function. Liquid intake restrictions is very important to reduce excess fluid volume in the period of interdialitic. Purpose: Explain the nursing care of client with chronical kidney experienced with the over volumes of liquid. Method: The case study uses the method descriptive who carried on two patients with chronical kidney. The instrument was used in this case study in the form of the care of nursing, nursing kit, and a record of monitoring balance a liquid. Result: The implementations carried on a case study is accordance with intervening between those of monitoring vital signs, count balance a liquid, administering medication diuretic, collaboration the act of hemodialisa. the evaluation conducted in three days, the volumes of liquid or the result of a drop, in excess reduced shortness of breath. Planning: Retrict a liquid who are coming and count balance a liquid. Recommendations: It would be better the near future, continue to monitoring the location the balance between input and output fluid during home.
