Abstract
Background Puerperal period is a vulnerable time for the mother. Sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social related to sexuality, not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or infirmity. Health education is an attempt to convey health messages to the public, so that people know and accept the knowledge of better health . Purpose Provides an overview of nursing care with health problems fulfilling sexuality disorder in families with a lack of knowledge Nursing care Nursing care at the family Tn.S held for 3 days from May 30 - June 1 in the Village Semondo, Deal. When examined obtained main complaint Ny.T say not knowing about the treatment of postpartum maternal and newborn care, the client does not perform specific actions in the treatment for postpartum and newborn. It emerges nursing problems ineffectiveness of the pregnancy - childbirth. Intervention and implementation has been done to address the ineffectiveness of the pregnancy - childbirth ie post Partal Care. The action taken to monitor vital signs , teaches gymnastics parturition, and provide health education postpartum maternal care and newborn care . Evaluation of action that results obtained Ny.T TTV , BP: 110 / 90mmHg , RR : 22x / min , N : 92x / minute , S : 37 ° C , the client says thank you has been given information.
