Abstract
Background: According to WHO (World Health Organization) hypertension or high blood pressure is one of the highest causes of death in word after stroke and health desease whit nearly 9,4 million deaths every year. Hipertension is a which results in a creases in morbidity and mortality. Warm water is scientifically believed to have an impact and physiological factors for the body, especially for blood vessels where warm water makes blood circulation smooth. Objective: describe nursing care by foot soaking using hanta water to lower blood pressure for people with hypertension. Method: This scientific paper uses a descriptive method with a case study approach on 2 patients with hypertension who are under normal blood pressure. Results : After application of warm foot soak for 4 consecutive days, the blood pressure of the two patients decreased.
