Abstract
Background: Asthma is a disease characterized by the presence of chronic airway symptoms in the form of wheezing, shortness of breath, heavy chest, and coughing whose intensity varies from time to time, and there are limited expiratory air flow varies. Objective: To describe nursing care for asthma with oxygenation problem. Method: This scientific paper used descriptive case study design. This was done by taking cases of 2 asthma patients which suffering from breath shortness. Result: after 3 days of nursing care and train effective coughing, ineffective airway clearance can be resolved and successfully decrease breath shortness of the patients.
