Abstract
Background: Non Hemoragic Stroke is lack of blood flow in the brain. Causing blood and oxygen needs distruped in brain tissue Indonesia is the country with the fourth largest stroke in the world after India, China, United State. One of problem that arieses is inefective perfusion of the celebral issue. Giving head up 30° position effective to increase the oxygen saturation non hemoragic stroke with infective perfucion of celebral. Purpose of Writing: The method used is quantitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Case study subject is non hemoragic stroke patients. Data obtained by interview, observation, documentation. Result: After giving the head up 30° position there was increase oxygen saturatin in the non hemoragic stroke patients. Conclusion: Giving head up 30° position effective to increase the oxygen saturation non hemoragic stroke with ineffective perfucion of celebral
