Abstract
The background: hypertension is one of a chronic disease that can threaten the soul and the patient. The treatment of hypertension take a long time even a lifetime and the cost of their treatment which is quite high. Research on the influence of prescribing pattern to the cost and effectiveness of an antihypertensive drug has never done at rsud dr.Sudirman kebumen. So that research is expected is able to see or not is prescribing pattern to the cost and effectiveness of an antihypertensive drug. Objective: To know a pattern antihypertensive drug prescribing patients in outpatients in dr.Sudirman Hospital kebumen and impact on the cost and the effectiveness of therapy treatment. Method : method the observational use design cross sectional of the receipt of the data is retrospective. Result: a combination the ccb arboreal in its habi as many as 31,6 %. The amount of payments the highest combination the most CCB+ARB to the amount of Rp. 164.553,99. The use of an antihypertensive drug that is among the most effective combination ccb arboreal in its habi based on achieving the target is approximately 19 therapy patients out of a total of 24. Conclusions: significant influence in a pattern of prescribing a remedy against charge with the value of p 0.05. While there is no influence prescribing patterns on the effectiveness of with a value of p 0.05. Recommendations: the next research can do prospective research and it needs to conducted research on a drug combination more complex and the number of sample which is much.
