Abstract

Background: Fractures or fractures are a problem that is very public attention. Patients with fractures are surgically removed to speed up the process of bone healing. Surgical actions are often carried out such as ORIF (open reduction and internal fixation). ORIF not only causes the healing process but also leaves side effects namely pain in patients. Relaxation techniques that are often used by nurses and are easy to do include autogenic relaxation to reduce post ORIF pain. Objective: To analyze of autogenic relaxation measures in post orif fracturing patients with nursing acute diagnosis in PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital Action: Actions taken in handling acute pain problems, namely pain management and autogenic relaxation. Results: Nursing diagnoses that appear on the client, namely acute pain associated with physical injury agents, disconnected bone tissue incontinuities in the surgical process. Evaluation: Evaluation results indicate a decrease in pain symptoms after autogenic relaxation
