Abstract

Background:Typus abdominalis is digestive infections disease that is caused by salmonella thypi and marked by increasing of temperature or fever. Fever is the form of body mechanisme toward disease attack. When there is a germ or virus that enter the body. Hipertermia can be solved with pharmacology or non pharmacology. Giving tepid water sponge is one ofnon pharmacology treatment to reduce tthe fever. Goal : Explain nursing care with tepid water sponge compres to the patient who have hipertennia problem Result of the nursing : The problem of nursing with occur is hipertermia related with her I his disease.The interventions given is review the temperature and other vital sign, temperature monitor, the colour of the skin, intake monitor and output, recomend the family to give them much water.Do the tepid water sponge, giving anti piretik according to doctors adviice. Recomendation By nursing inovation of tepid water sponge of obtained from three patients, they decrease the temperature
