Abstract

Background : Being older experiences a lot of deterioration in body's physiology, balance disorder, it started by getting older. As much as 49,4%. Prevalence ofinjury or fall in aged 55-64, there are 67, 1% in aged 66-74, and 78,2% in aged over 75. Purpose : Analyzing geronttk nursing care wilh risk problems in Sidoagung Village, Sruweng District, Kebumen Regency. Results ofnursing care : After nursing care in 3 clients with aprimery nursing diagnosis ofrisk offalling, nursing intervention : NOC risk ofjailing (001 J5). Fallprevention NJC (6490) and vital signs monitor (6680). Implementation was carried out for 3 times with the result of that the risk ofjailing.There was a decrease in the value ofTime up and go test (JUG) and Morse Fall Scale (MFS) by appled tandem road therapyfrom the time of TUG 24 to the time ofTUG 16 andMFSfrom the score 57 (the risk offalling high) be came score of48 (the risk ofmoderatejail). Recommendation : Tandem road balance training therapy can be used as an exercise for reduce the risk offalling in the elderly.
