Abstract
Background Breast cancer is an abnormal uncontrolled cell growth in breast tissue, has the capacity to attack the surrounding tissue, spread to other organs called metastasis. Surgical action can cause pain problems. Pain is a subjective sensory and emotional experience that is not pleasant related to acute tissue damage. Pain management is needed to prevent postoperative complications. One action that can be done is hand massage. Purpose Analyzing nursing care for postoperative breast cancer patients with safe and comfortable feeling disorders acute pain. Nursing Result There are significant changes experienced by clients after within three days of getting the implementation of hand massage pain management. Recommendations Researchers then take innovation actions by making schedules and providing observation sheets to facilitate evaluation
