Abstract

Background, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the urological diseases with a diagnosis of prostate cell proliferation. Handling is done by hospitals, especially in the field of surgery, is by the operative method, non-pharmacological management using the Al Qurʻan Murrotal therapy. General Purpose, Explain nursing care by giving Al-Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy to patients with OP BPH with nursing problems acute pain in Barokah Room PKU Hospital Muhammadiyah Gombong. The results of nursing care, the assessment was carried out on three patients Post Opration BPH in alloanamnesa and auto alloanamnesa, then physical and supporting examinations were carried out. From the data analysis obtained by the author conclusions priority nursing problems are acute pain. After intervention and implementation of the 3x24 hour Al-Qur'an Murottal therapy, the patient felt safe and comfortable and there was a decrease in the scale of moderate pain. Recommendations, Provision of Al-Qur'an Murrotal therapy in patients with safe and comfortable feeling disorders can be proven to be used to reduce the scale of pain. In principle, the treatment of Murrotal Al-Qur'an should be carried out continuously and independently
