Abstract
Background: Hemodialysis therapy carried out over a long time of period will be caused physical and mental fatigue. Physical disorders that are often complained by patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy, one of them are the pain. Distraction by listening murottal Al-Qur'an can be used to complement pain therapy. Objective: Conduct an analyzing of nursing care in patients with chronic kidney failure with the main problem of acute pain in the hemodialysis room of RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Action: Actions taken in handling the problem of acute pain associated with biological injury agents, the author conducted murottal gifts of the Qur'an. Results: Nursing diagnoses that appear on the client are acute pain associated with biological injury agents. Evaluation: The evaluation of the result showed a decrease in pain symptoms after given murottal Al-Qur'an therapy.
