Abstract

Background: Cases of pneumonia in infants found in Wonosobo district amounted to 8 8% per 1000 toddlers. Pneumonia cases in Wonosotio Regency tend to increase from year to year. The number of patients with Bronchopneumonia in RSUD KRT Setjonegoro in 2017 was 1704 patients, pneumonia 327 patients. Through a preliminary study from June to August 2018 the number of Bronchopneunionia patients was 46 patients (Medical Record Data of RSUD KRT Setjonegoro Wonosobo 2018). Nursing problems that generally arise in children with bronchopneunionia as ineffective airway cleaning problems and medical management carried out in pediatric patients with bronchopneumoni is the provision of nebulizer therapy. For independent nursing action in the form Of chest physiotherapy and Pursed Lips Breathing which aims to remove bronchial secretions, improve ventilation, and improve the efficiency of respiratory muscles (Wong, 2008). So it is very necessary that nurses can modify the thempy playing on the nebulizer action because of the foreign child in the nebulizer, the noise genenited by the nebulizer so that the child is afraid and remembers the importance of the nebulizer The purpose of writing: Explain nursing care by giving therapy to play listening to music in patients with anxiety nursing problems, Method: The method of collecting data is an attempt to obtain date with methods determined by the author (Arikunto, 2010). The method of data collection focuses on actions using the observation sheet. Observation of the results of anxiety before and after play therapy activitie, Study documentation (explanation of results). Results: After receiving nursing care, the patient’s anxiety levet rate decreased 2. Recommendation: for hospitals it is expected tu be able in provlde facilltles and infrastructure for children's play therapy.
