Abstract

Background : : stroke is a clinical sign that develops rapidly due to brain disorders. Disorders occur in parts of the focal or global brain with symptoms lasting 24 hours or more. One of the symptoms is muscle weakness in the limbs, so that the patient experiences physical mobility. Objective : the purpose of this paper is to explain nursing care by providing rubber ball handheld ROM exercises in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with nursing problems physical mobility barriers. Results Of Nursing Care : the primary nursing diagnoses that appear in all three of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients are physical mobility barriers. Implementation was carried out according to nursing intervention, the evaluation results for 2-3 x 24 hours of patient experience change, the increase in muscle strength after practicing the rubber ball handheld ROM exercise. Recommendation : nurses are expected to be able to apply handheld rubber ball ROM therapy to deal with nursing problems barriers to physical mobility in nonhemorrhagic stroke patients.
