Abstract

Background: Based on data obtained from various literature sources stating hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure> 140 mmHg and diastole> 90 mmHg. Murottal therapy and therapist the extremities of therapy that is not of pharmacology which can be used for patients hypertension Objectives: Writing scientific papers that provide an overview of nursing care with the risk of the ineffectiveness of cerebral tissue perfusion in hypertension, knowing the signs and symptoms before and after given the action of murottal therapy and therapist the extremities Method: The methodology that was used that is descriptive, an instrument used a measuring instrument the blood pressure (a sphygmomanometer) and standard operational procedure of murottal therapy and therapist the extremities Result: Interventions and implementations that have been carried out in the form of nursing care in hypertensive patients as well as murottal therapy and therapist the extremities performed for 4 days with the results of P1 before TD therapy: 159/130 mmHg after 130/100 mmHg therapy, P2 before TD therapy: 160/100 mmHg after therapy 130/90 mmHg. Recommendation: Started the therapies murottal and therapist the extremities is a powerful way of lowering blood pressure in patient hypertension.
