Abstract

Background: Juvenile delinquency is currently one of them smoking data smokers at this time in the world has reached 1.1 billion people including 17 million adolescent boys, while in Indonesia is one of the 5 largest cigarette consuming countries. Objective: To describe family nursing care at the stage of development of adolescent smokers by applying full cream milk consumption. Method: Case study method in the form of family nursing care with adolescent smokers. Data obtained by including the family askep form, the action implementation form, full cream milk as an application, and observation sheets. Results: After taking action on two teenage respondents with cigarette consumption problems, diagnoses that emerge are likely to he risky behavior With family intervention able to identify health problems, the implementation is health education and innovation that is given is the consumption of full cream milk in 7 davs obtained results of patients I before being given 7 cigarettes consumption per day after being applied to 3 cigarettes per day. Whereas patient 2 before being given cigarette consumption consumed 9 cigarcttes per day after being applied to 5 cigarettes per day reducing cigarette consumption in adolescent smokers Recommendation : Active smokers are encouraged to consume full cream milk.
