Abstract
Background: Maternal deaths due to pregnancy occur after childbirth, 50% of childbirth deaths, and almost of 90% in labour many experience perineal tears either naturally or episiotomy (Ernawati & Rejeki, 2010). Perineal tears require intensive care to reduce the nutritional markings in boiled eggs, which can be proven for healing wound perineal sutures due to accelerated wound healing which consumed 139 grams of egg white in the morning and evening for 3 days. Objective: To provide nursing care by applying boiled eggs to postpartum mothers D and NY. A with a risk of infection in perineal wounds. Method: The design used in this scientific paper is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method used to describe or to analyze a research result but not used to make conclusions. The author uses descriptive case study types with case studies. Held in the village of Sampang, Sempor, Kebumen, on January 29 - February 5, 2020. The subject was a spontaneous postpartum mother. Results: Evaluation of the provision of 139 grams of boiled egg white egg has proven the benefits of boiled eggs to accelerate the healing process of postpartum maternal perineal wounds, respondents experienced a decrease in signs of infection risk as assessed by the REEDA mark. Recommendation: Giving boiled eggs is effective for nursing care actions for postpartum spontaneous mothers.
