Abstract
Bacground: About 24,7 % sufferes uric acid at the age of 55-70 years of further. Which is being undertaken to optimize the levels. Purpose: The writing of a scientific writing which is to give a description on of nursing care to the question of the uric acid by the application of diet low purine. Method: A scientific writing by mean of descriptive with the approach. Case study the data was obtained through the manner of observation and interview. One two families in stage of development for the elderly on December 15th Sampang Village area. Result: The results for the assessment on two families that are the family of Mr.W and Mr.A family of each family have a history of uric acid disease since long about two years. The diagnoses and ineffective health management and results of the intervention and implementation of the things had been done by in of health education program diet low purine in both Mr.W and Mr.A under the care of nursing that is carried out during five days was obtained the results of increased knowledge clients before it was given health education gained value on average five and having given the value of on average eight. Following the completion of health education for three times the level of uric acid in Mr.W meeting from the beginning of 12,1 mg/dl be 6,2 mg/dl and on Mr.A has set the inflation rate from the beginning of 11,5 mg/dl be 6,2 mg/dl. Recommendation: low diet purine be used as non of pharmacology in uric acid patients.
