Abstract
Background: The mobilization in general is the ability to move freely, easily and regularly which aims to meet the needs of a healthy life. Purpose: to describe the application of nursing care in patients with impaired fulfillment of mobilization. Nursing Care: From the assessment dated June 9, 2016 at 10:45 GMT authors found subjective data client says limp, unable to sit and walk, assisted the family in the move. Objective data client looks just lying down, looking limp and weak, activity seemed assisted by family, upper extremity muscle strength 4/5, 4/5 of the lower limb. Nursing problems arising from the data obtained are physical mobility constraints associated with neuromuscular disorders, decreased muscle strength. Intervention and implementation is done reviewing the client's ability to mobilize, changing positions every three hours, do (ROM) and explain the importance of mobilization. Evaluations were done on the third day the client said it was able to walk, seen walking so it can be concluded that the problem is resolved physical mobility constraints
