A collaborative work ethic can create a peaceful atmosphere in the workplace. Collaborative practice emphasizes shared responsibility in patient care management, with bilateral decision-making processes based on the education and abilities of the practitioner. Collaborative practice is formed when a person tries to maximize his own needs and the needs of others. Collaborative practice of doctor nurses requires knowledge, a professional attitude starting from how to communicate, how to collaborate with patients and doctors to nurses skills in making decisions.
