Abstract
Background,. The Emergency Room (IGD) is the main door for patients to obtain nursing action both in an emergency and in an emergency situation, the Emergency Room (IGD) has an important role in providing patient satisfaction through the performance given by nurses in handling and provide the best possible nursing care. Objective, To find out the factors that affect patient satisfaction in the emergency room of the hospital. Research Methods, Literature search strategy: Google Scholar, Research Gate, and National Library. Result, From the results of all literature journals, the average patient is satisfied with the skills of officers, service quality, response time, and environmental comfort compared to patients who say they are less satisfied. Conclusion, All factors such as response time, nurse performance, service quality, response time and environmental comfort, if the performance is improved, it will affect patient satisfaction. Recommendation, The next researcher can examine what factors are related to patient satisfaction.
