Abstract

Assessment: Mr. P age 40 came to PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong with complaints of pain in the left hip, prickling pain, intermittent pain, pain scale 6, when the onset of pain ± 30 minutes. Clients say hard to sleep because of noisy and left hip pain. Clients say do not fully understand the sense of kidney stones disease, signs and symptoms, causes, food allowed and not allowed. Nursing diagnosis: Acute pain b.d biological agents injury, disorders of sleep patterns b.d noisy and pain / discomfort, lack of knowledge b.d lack of information about the disease. Nursing Interventions: Acute pain injury b.d biological agents overcome by assessing pain (PQRST) comprehensively, monitor vital signs, teaching the nonpharmacological techniques deep breathing techniques, relaxation distraction teaching techniques. Implementation of nursing: Actions taken to manage pain is to assess pain (PQRST) comprehensively, monitor vital signs, teaching the nonpharmacological techniques deep breathing techniques, relaxation distraction teaching techniques. Evaluation of nursing: the client had no pain, the client was able to sleep soundly, clients already know and understand about the understanding of kidney stones, signs and symptoms, causes, food allowed and not allowed.
