Abstract
Background: The problem of anemia occurs in developing countries. According to some researches it is concluded that anemia can occur among teenagers, school children, and adult age. Objective: to describe Nursing Of Fulfilling of need for activities: peripheral tissue perfusion to Mr. S in dahlia ward, Dr.soedirman hospital of kebumen. Nursing care: nursing care was given based on data examined on June 09 at 11:30 pm. The main nursing diagnosis was ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion with decreased oxygen supply. Intervention and implementation has been done were blood transfusion and enhancing blood medicine. Treatment Analysis: Premedication prior to transfusion is recommended to overcome the problem of peripheral tissue perfusion.
