Abstract

Background: Oxygen saturation is a picture to determine the adequacy of oxygen in the body. Blood flow that is not smooth in stroke patients results in disruption of oxygen supply so monitoring and treatment must be carried out. head elevation position of 30° to oxygen saturation in patients with hemorrhagic stroke and non-hemorrhagic stroke because it can facilitate increased cerebral blood flow and maximize oxygenation to cerebral tissues. Purpose: Describe nursing care with risk problems of ineffective cerebral perfusion in non hemoragic stroke patients with 15-30 degree head up position in IGD PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Method: This research uses a case study method, the process of collecting and using interviews, observation and documentation techniques. Giving the head up position 15- 30° totaling 3 patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Results: After carrying out nursing care for 3 days on patients with the main nursing diagnosis, namely the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion using the 15-30° head-up action, the results obtained were increased oxygen saturation, decreased systolic blood pressure, decreased diastolic blood pressure and increased GCS. Recommendation: head up position 15-30° to increase oxygen saturation.
