Abstract
Background: Hyperglycemia has increased very rapidly because of the lack maintain diet and unhealthy lifestyle that prolonged hyperglycemis leads to diabetes militus. The factors that most often occurs on the client hyperglycemia is due to lack of knowledge on the treatment of patients with hyperglycemia. Destination nursing care: to give an idea of nursing care to meet the needs of learning problems in clients with hyperglycemia. Nursing Care : Nursing care at Tn.M conducted over three days starting on 9 june to 11 june 2016 in the hospital dahlia kebumen, client says do not understand whatit was disease, the causes and the food advocate, so it appears the problem of nursing knowledge deficiency associated with cognitive limitations, intervention and implementation has been done is to conduct health education. Evalution of the actions that the client is able to know about the treatment of hyperglycemia. Analysis of the action: to facilitate the learning needs innovative nursing actions recommended using tools and models food filp chart.
