Abstract

Background: This scientific paper is based on data obtained from various literary sources which state that Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy This therapy can be used to overcome the risk of ineffective peripheral perfusion of hypertension patients. Objective: To describe a nursing care for hypertension patients with the risk of ineffective peripheral perfusion in Pesuningan,Prembunsub-district. Method: This study is a qualitative descriptivewitha case-study design. Data were obtained from interview and observation. Participants were 3 hypertension patients. Result: After doing SEFT therapy for 3 days, there was a decrease in blood pressure, signs and symptoms of all participants. Conclusion: SEFT therapy is effective fordecreasing blood pressure and for reducing signs and symptoms of hypertension patients. Recommendation: Patients are suggested to continue SEFT therapy independently at home to control blood pressure and to prevent signs and symptoms from reappearing.
