Abstract
Background: This scientific paper is based on data obtained from various sources of literature that states meet the needs of security or protection: thermoregulation. A common goal: The writing of a scientific paper is to provide an overview of nursing care with fulfillment issues of security or protection on the client with the ineffectiveness of thermoregulation. Nursing Care: Nursing problems that arise are ineffective thermoregulation with 36,2o C temperature and body heat 2 days before entering the hospital and 2 days at the start treated in hospital. Intervention and implemented to overcome the ineffectiveness of thermoregulation which termoregulation management, measuring vital signs, taking blood Semple, giving antipyretics, replacing intravenous fluids, monitoring of platelet and hemoglobin, perform tepid sponge. On the evaluation of the client says is still weak. Objective data were obtained are blood pressure 140/70 mmHg, pulse 68 x/minute, respiratory rate 20 x/min, the temperature 36,6o C, the result of 112.000 platelets/uL and hemoglobin 14.6 g/dL. The client's condition is stable. Thermoregulation ineffectiveness problem is resolved.
