Abstract
Background: Thrombocytopenia is one sign of the disease symptoms of DHF, thrombocytopenia will be folowed by other symptoms such as joint pain, headache and fever. Signs of these symptoms will interfere with basic human needs: the need for security and comfortable, especially when clients feel a headache. Nursing Objective: To provide an overview of nursing care meeting the needs of safety and comfort. Nursing: Nursing care in Tn.A conducted over three days beginning on the date of 09 juni - 11 juni 2016 diruang cempaka Dr.Soedirman Kebumen Hospital, clients say pain, P: pain perceived exertion increases and decreases at rest, Q: pain throbbing pain in head, R: pain on his head, S: pain scale 7, T: intermittent approximately 3 minutes. It emerges nursing diagnoses of acute pain injuries b.d biological agent, implementation of which has been done is to train distraction techniques of relaxation, evaluation of these actions are a client of said feel more comfortable , relaxed and pain scale decreased after such action. Analysis Action: Use distraction techniques of relaxation can reduce pain scale that varies. The client is given a distraction technique of relaxation with guided imagery method, after being given a distraction techniques relaxation of patients say the pain has subsided and felt more comfortable. Conclusion: Clients who experienced thrombocytopenia, can feel the acute pain that can lead to disruption fulfilling the needs of safety and comfort, so that it can be done distraction techniques of relaxation with guided imagery method.
